Today CSS grow to a sophisticated and professional business serving over 100 clients in the CBD of Melbourne and the surrounding suburbs. With established SLA agreements with some of the biggest buildings in the CBD we proven that a man's bright idea is now a complete and professional company.

But what is IT Support and where is it going in the future? As technology rapidly grows the needs of the companies grow more and more to keep up with times. That is something very good for IT companies as you need more equipment, more support for the new equipment which equals more problems in the horizon, it means more money for us. Well CSS is going to the next step of IT and Networks implementation and support. We introduce automation, self-managed networks, monitoring tools and the philosophy to train your staff, the simple user to deal with as many problems they can. As economy gets worst Manager's will start to find ways to reduce the costs by minimizing the loss of quality. Those days are near and they will come.
